ثم تواصلت الشرطة مع المرأة العجوز وأخبرتها أن الرجل قد أحضر حقيبتها، ثم ذهبت المرأة لتأخذ الحقيبة التي كانت ممتلئة بالكثير من المال، وشكرت الرجل على ما فعله، وعلى أمانته لأنه قد أعطاها الحقيبة، وقالت له: “إن الأمانة صفة غالية جدًا، ومكافأتك يا بني أن تأخذ نصف المال الذي كان في الحقيبة”، فشكرها الرجل وفرح كثيرًا.
